A minimum purchase of $150 is required to qualify for delivery, and a $10 delivery fee (plus tax) will be charged.
With any purchase of $250 or more, we offer FREE SHIPPING to areas covered by our delivery service.

You must place your order by 5:00 p.m. at the latest on the day before your chosen delivery date, depending on your area. Orders placed after this deadline will be rescheduled for the following week.
Example: If you live in Laval, if you place your order on Wednesday, you will receive it on Wednesday of the following week, or you can pick it up in-store.
Important: Regardless of the date indicated on your order form, delivery will take place on the day designated for your area.
Orders and inventory are managed by real people. If any items happen to be out of stock, we will contact you to issue a refund or modify your order. Since this aspect of our business is brand new to us, we appreciate your understanding in advance.

Our delivery drivers are part of our family, and as such, they will handle your products with care.
When they drop off the order at your door, they will make sure someone is there to pick up the box before they leave.
If no one answers, they will call you at that time to make sure you are able to pick up your order when they arrive. Since most of our products are frozen, this measure has been put in place to prevent them from thawing on your porch. If we do not receive a response from you, we will be unable to complete the delivery. The delivery person will return your order to our store, where you can pick it up during business hours.
