These ready-to-serve mixes consist of a blend of cheeses imported from Switzerland and come with asecondpacket containing the liquid and garlic. Cornstarch is included in the cheese mix. Nothing else to add—the product is ready in five minutes!
Cooking on the stove
Pour the contents of the liquid packet into a fondue pot and heat it up.Add the cheese and stir constantly.
Serve on a chafing dish once the mixture is smooth.

Edelweiss: Swiss Gruyère and Emmental (raw cow’s milk, bacterial culture, salt, rennet), white wine (sulfites), garlic, parsley, kirsch, cornstarch, spice blend.
