As a co-founder of our production kitchen, our very own Cécile has worked tirelessly throughout her career to ensure that every dish that comes out of our kitchen is of the highest quality… and that our pots and pans are spotless!
To capture his taste, we’ve created a delicate beer with notes of coffee and dark chocolate. Its deep ebony color, topped with a delicate head, offers a smooth, buttery caramel flavor, giving it a wonderful personality and a character all its own. Don’t let its dark appearance fool you! On the palate, our stout is pleasantly light, with virtually no bitterness.
To fully appreciate its flavors, enjoy it at a temperature of 14°C. In fact, you can practically eat Cécile straight from the bar… As long as the bar is clean!
