Baking
Thaw the confit duck legs in the refrigerator 24 hours in advance.Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Remove the excess fat and place the confit duck legs in an oven-safe dish.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and continue baking for about 30 minutes until the skin is golden brown and crispy.
Suggestion:
Use the leftover duck fat to make some delicious roasted potatoes!
