Cooking on the stove
In a large pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil for every 100 grams of pasta.Add 10 grams of salt. Reduce the heat to medium-high and cook for:
Campanelle, fettuccine, and fusilli: 6 to 8 minutes.
Spaghetti: 8 to 10 minutes.
Drain and serve.
