Il Pranzetto was founded in 2004 by Sabrina Sciola. What set this restaurant apart was its location in the heart of Montreal’s Chinatown. For more than 16 years, Il Pranzetto has enjoyed tremendous success thanks to its authentic Italian menu. Since the pandemic, the restaurant has had to shift its focus to the production and distribution of frozen pizzas, as well as catering services and its mobile pizzeria. Even with all these changes, one thing remains certain: the quality of their products and service.
Baking
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.2. Remove the pizza from the packaging and place the frozen pizza directly on the middle rack of the oven.
3. Cook for 10 minutes.
Microwave cooking
We do not recommend using the microwave.Ingredients
Dough: Wheat flour, baker's yeast, salt.Mushrooms & Truffles: Extra virgin olive oil, mushrooms, artichokes, truffle flavoring, mozzarella.
Margherita: Tomato sauce, basil, extra virgin olive oil, bocconcini, mozzarella.
Montreal: Tomato sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, bacon, green peppers, mozzarella.
Salsiccia rapini: Extra virgin olive oil, sausage, rapini, mozzarella.
Pepperoni: Tomato sauce, pepperoni, mozzarella.
Vegetarian: Tomato sauce, mushrooms, artichokes, bell peppers, onions, olives, mozzarella.
