Our orchard offers a magnificent variety of apples, which we wanted to showcase in this signature blend.
On the nose, the aroma of fresh apple will immediately captivate you. As you admire its beautiful straw-yellow color, topped with fine bubbles, let yourself be enchanted by its pleasant effervescence. The floral notes of the apple, accompanied by subtle hints of pear and tropical fruit, lead to a dry finish and a pleasant warmth on the palate.
The generous amount of malt we’ve added blends beautifully with the apple juice to create a rounded, well-balanced acidity. Best served well chilled.
