Baking
Step 1: In a pot of gently simmering water, poach the sausages for 10 minutes (do not let the water boil).Step 2: Finish cooking in the oven, on the grill, or in a skillet:
-BBQ cooking: Grill the sausages over medium heat. Close the lid and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the sausages are browned on the outside and cooked through on the inside.
-Baking: Bake on a baking sheet until golden brown, 15 to 25 minutes at 350°F.
-Pan-frying: Brown to taste
