After establishing our line of classic beers, we decided to experiment with our very first beer, the Maple Saison, by aging it in a bourbon barrel! Microbrewery beer enthusiasts will tell you: every great beer in the world should have a barrel-aged version. On the palate, you’ll still find those signature notes of maple candy, with flavors enhanced tenfold by the barrel aging. On the nose, the bourbon brings out aromas of caramel and ripe bananas, adding to the complexity of this magnificent maple amber beer. Price includes taxes and deposit. I tried this beer at Constantin's Sugar Shack and loved it. I'm not a fan of strong beers (I find them too heavy), but this one was flavorful, with complex aromas, and very refreshing.
