THEIR STORY
The Delights of the Artisanoriginated with Gilbert Roffi, a native of France who arrived in Quebec in 1960. Drawing on his expertise and love of sausages, he decided to pay homage to French charcuterie by crafting his first Quebec-style Lyon rosettes. Carrying on the family tradition, it is now his son Patrick who, while making no compromises on the quality of the meats and cuts used, passionately continues this mission here in New France.
