Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the bread directly on the rack and bake for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on the desired appearance, or until it reaches the desired temperature.

Ingredients

Bleached enriched wheat flour, water, green/black olives, sourdough starter (bleached enriched wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), sunflower seeds, wheat semolina, salt, herbes de Provence, yeast, bread improver (wheat flour, ascorbic acid, enzymes), malt extract.
Contains: wheat, barley.
May contain: nuts, soy, sesame, lactose, egg, sulfites, and olive pit fragments.

Preparation

Take the bread out of the freezer 2 hours before baking and let it come to room temperature.
