Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place directly on the rack and bake for 5 to 10 minutes, or until heated through.

Water, enriched bleached wheat flour, sourdough starter (enriched bleached wheat flour, water, salt, yeast), seed mix (oat flakes, flaxseed, cracked rye, rye flakes, millet, sunflower seeds, triticale flakes, sesame seeds), whole wheat flour, rye flour, salt, wheat semolina, yeast.
Contains: wheat, oats, rye, triticale, sesame, barley.
May contain: nuts, soy, lactose, egg, sesame, sulfites.

Preparation

Take the bread out of the freezer 2 hours before baking and let it come to room temperature.
