Baking
Remove the lid and cover with aluminum foil.Preheat the oven to about 350°F:

Cooking on the stove
Remove the slices of roast beef from the broth. Bring the sauce to a boil. Briefly poach the slices in the broth (no more than 1 minute to prevent the meat from becoming tough).Ingredients
