Given its lightness, it would be fair to describe this beer as a “Scottish ale.” On the nose, you’ll discover the exquisite tartness of the apple, which we wanted to highlight by letting it take center stage. On the palate, imagine the flavor of an apple slowly caramelized in the oven; its compote-like texture and mild tartness will leave a sweet memory on your taste buds.
The subtle texture, delicately enhanced by caramel, blends with the reduction of freshly pressed apple juice to create a beer that is a pleasure to drink. Let it reveal all its flavors as you enjoy it at a temperature of 8°C.
