We are proud to present the beers from our microbrewery: La Route 8! As farmers, consistently offering high-quality food products is one of our top priorities. Thus, the primary purpose of our orchard was to provide us with the apples needed to produce our homemade recipes and marinades. Today, the fruit of our harvests has given rise to a Belgian-inspired apple beer. Made with 60% apple juice, the combination of biscuit malt and this juice creates a harmonious, easy-to-drink beer with a slightly tart finish. From our orchard to your glass, discover our apple beer!
